Hi Adrienne! Unfortunately I don’t have much experience with gluten free baking. If there is a certain recipe you are curious about, I do get lots of feedback from commenters on how to make things gluten free so I can certainly pass that information along. I find that a lot of commenters report a 1:1 gluten free flour works well in a lot of recipes. 🙂
