In reply to David. Hi David! I'm glad you ultimately enjoyed it! A 12 inch round pan is a little short of 50% bigger so it may make sense to increase everything by 50%. The egg could be tough to use just half of the egg though. You really have 2 options, you could use 4 eggs and 1.33 the amount of everything else or use 2 extra eggs and 1.66 everything else, which would make it a little bit thicker. :)

I did this for breakfast today and it turned out pretty good, but I only have a 12″ skillet so I shortened the time in the oven. I’m sure it would have been better if it didn’t come out as thin due to the larger skillet.
If I did my math right I should be able to use 4 eggs and us 2/3 measurement instead of 1/2 for everything else.
Does this sound like it’ll work out?
I saw another recipe that’s basically double this one for a 12″, but that seems like it might be too thick.

Omg so easy to make. I used half the ingredients to make a small skillet. Pure perfection. Will add this to my rotation. You all are 2 for 2. (Biscuits were a hit). Let me see what I am gonna try next. 🩷

I also have never had one of these before but I needed something to make and woke up and saw this recipe. Since I had all the ingredients on hand ( who doesn’t ?) and it seemed simple ( it was!) I figured I’d give it a go . Fantastic! This will be part of my meal rotation for sure. Thanks again for another winning recipe!!!

Hi! Can you make this without a cast iron skillet? Like just bake it in a pan in the oven?
