This is fantastic! Both my husband and I enjoyed this tremendously. The flavors are melded together in blissful, delicious harmony. I did take your idea about adding protein and tossed in some diced, leftover roasted chicken, which was an excellent suggestion. Perfect, Sam! Chef’s kiss!!

Delicious! I loved the fresh taste of the lemon with the richness of the cream, and the tiny bit of heat was great. I made it with the Garlic Butter Shrimp and green beans.
I doubled the recipe and it turned out great.

This was AMAZING! I made this for dinner this evening. Added shrimp. I absolutely loved the flavors with this. Perfect for a weeknight. Came together quick and it was delicious. I recommend taking the time to use fresh squeezed lemon juice! It is definitely a recipe I will be making again.

Simple and delicious!! It’s a great alternative to Alfredo. I served it with grilled shrimp and steamed broccoli.

I made this today and it is amazing!!! I love it more than Alfredo! The lemon makes it taste bright and fresh! Perfect combo! I added some chicken breast grilled with lemon pepper seasoning. Yum!!

To me this looks amazing, but my husband LOATHES Parmesan and can even detect it in canned pasta sauces. Would it be better to omit that altogether or substitute with another cheese? Thanks Sam!
