Unfortunately I don’t have one right now. πŸ™ I will add it to my list though. πŸ™‚

I’m having a hard time finding one that isn’t too tart or that tastes completely artificial. Thank you!

Hi Barb! The ice cream scoop is really just for scooping and dropping easily, not measuring, but the one in the video is a 1/3 cup scoop. Enjoy! πŸ™‚

She loves cheesecake. I have a small, medium and large ice cream scoop, which size should I use? Thank you!

Thank you so much, Selina! I have not personally done a mini chocolate cheesecake, but I think you could probably use my chocolate cheesecake and bake it in muffin tins. It will probably make a lot though. πŸ™‚

So I’ve made these several times, topping with several duffrent fruit compotes and my coworkers LOVE them. Is there a chocolate version of these you’ve tried? Thanks.

Hi Sue! When using convection vs conventional you will need to adjust either the time or temperature. The temperature adjustment for convection is typically 25 degrees F less than the recipe calls for. πŸ™‚

How would you adjust the temp and baking time for a convection oven or is the recipe assuming convection of straight baking? Is straight naking and non-convection preferred or no?

Hi Sue! I use a standard muffin tin, which has a top opening of about 2.75 inches. Removing the paper liners is not difficult. Personally I would leave the liners on when serving so people aren’t touching each other’s food. πŸ™‚

What is the diameter / size of the cupcake tin opening? I’m worried that my muffin tin openings are too large.

Is it difficult to remove the paper liners? Any tips to make it easier and still look nice? Do you remove the paper liners before serving to guests?

I mostly made these for my husband to take to work for Valentine’s Day. I did keep a couple so I could enjoy them as well. They are so easy to make and quite delicious! I wanted to top them with something red for the occasion, so the morning he was to take them to work, I topped each cheesecake with a 1/2 tsp of Bonne Maman raspberry preserves. Oh my gosh, they were so good! Topping options are endless. They are even quite delicious without any topping – just straight up! Simple recipe with ingredients you can pronounce and most likely you have in your pantry and fridge. Make them today, you won’t be disappointed!

Hi Michelle! I haven’t tried it in a silicone pan. I’m not sure on a bake time. I think they could turn out though. πŸ™‚

Thank you

Hi Bella! Thank you so much for your support! I would expect you could get at least 24 cheesecakes, and likely more, if putting them in the mini muffin tins. I would just put a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs on the bottom and fill the cavity most of the way full. I’m not sure on a bake time. Let me know how they turn out! πŸ™‚

I would love to make these for MIL’s birthday celebration, but I want to make in mini muffin tins. If I kept all ingredients the same, would it just make double the amount of regular muffin tins? Also, any idea how much graham cracker crumbs/cream cheese mixture to put in and about how long to bake? Thanks so much & I love your site! <3

I’m so sorry to hear this happened, Isabelle! Did you use spreadable cream cheese? Did you make any other adjustments?

After 30 minutes they were still not set πŸ™ My mixture seemed a lot more liquid than the video. I’m so sad.

I made these for a bridal shower with a variety of toppings and they were fantastic!

I’d like to add cocoa powder next time for a chocolate cheesecake. Any suggestion as to how much?
Thanks!!

If they are spread out in the pan they may take a minute less but just check on them. πŸ™‚
