Bellinis should be quite boozy but taste like a kid friendly sweet peach slush. this one tasted like booze with a little bit of peach flavor!

Hi – since we’re coming right into peach season, can I use fresh peaches? Should I slice and briefly freeze them before making the Bellinis? I just love Bellinis! Why does anyone order anything else at brunch?

In reply to Terrio. Hi Terrio! You could use a substitute liquor but keep in mind that the peach schnapps add to the flavor so you will be altering the flavor a bit. :)

Made this for my girlfriend, who is a peach Bellini fiend. I made it twice, to substitute with a sweeter sparkling wine. This drink rivals the kind you can get at a restaurant.
