Absolutely delicious and so very easy! I switched out the sour cream for nonfat Greek yogurt to keep it weight-watchers friendly and it was the perfect hearty meal.

I made this tonight and was worried the jalapeño would be too hot but it wasn’t at all! I think I may have been a little stingy and could have put some more beans in the puree and will next time to see if it thickens a tad more, but flavor was amazing and my 7 year old ate the whole bowl! Will absolutely make again.

I made this exactly as described other than using hot chiles and leaving the seeds of the jalapenos in. It was easy and wonderful! Thanks for another keeper for our dinner rotation!

Made this tonight for dinner. I didn’t have fresh jalapeños so used two tablespoons of canned. Plenty hot enough. Served with homemade sourdough cheese bread. Delicious

Sam let me start by sating whenever I’m out (away from home and my trusty recipes), I always go to your website. Your recipes never let me down.

I made this White Chicken Chili this afternoon and it is delicious. I am a spice weenie so I was a little worried. I only used one jalapeño (remember spice weenie here) but otherwise followed the recipe and it is delicious. I added chopped cilantro and served with Fritos.

I had a white chicken chili recipe that I’ve used for years, my husband asked that I retire the old one and keep this one. 😊

Thank you for always having recipes that never disappoint!!!
